Honey Authenticity (NMR)

Honey fraud by way of addition of sugar syrups to increase the volume of honey or claiming a false geographic origin or floral source to elevate the retail value is on the rise. This type of food fraud has historically been difficult to detect, but the multi-marker and non-targeted analytical capability of NMR has provided an effective solution.

Microbiological Testing

Every export-grade batch of products undergoes Phytosanitary & Potency testing along with Microbiological & Heavy Metals testing. An export 'Health Certificate' is issued for certain products. We harness government approved NABL testing laboratories as well as German EU approved laboratories for our testing regimen.

Heavy Metals Testing

Every export-grade batch of products undergoes Phytosanitary & Potency testing along with Microbiological & Heavy Metals testing. An export 'Health Certificate' is issued for certain products. We contract government approved NABL testing laboratories as well as German EU approved laboratories for our testing regimen.

We've collaborated with state of the art Indian Government approved NABL & European Union approved German laboratories to test and certify all of our export grade products. Every new harvest is tested and batches which fail our export specifications are effectively taken out of the running prior to packaging.
